Cuba: Another Outsourcing Alternative
If you would like to try a different approach when it comes to outsourcing destinations, why not try Cuba?
This news piece discussed how Cuba could be the next best thing when it comes to outsourcing. The research firm, Gartner also recommended this alternative as they came out with a list of countries which could be considered as the "outsourcing alternative". Other countries which are considered as potential locations include:
a. Algeria
b. Bahrain
c. Kenya
d. Madagascar
e. Malta
f. Moldova
g. Saudi Arabia
h. Uganda
Frances Karamouzis, an analyst from Gartner said that the main driving force of Cuba would be its mathematical and computer science programs which could be a great help in developing their IT outsourcing potential. Not including its 11 million population of productive workers.
