Convergys Corporation and Whirlpool Corporation have signed a 10-year human resources business process outsourcing contract. Under the agreement, Convergys will provide various HR BPO services to Whirlpool's employees and retirees .


These services includes data integration of recruitment and compensation, workforce deployment and planning, benefits administration, and employee service center and payroll. They will also provide support regarding succession planning, performance management, and other HR supporting functions.

Convergys will provide support to Whirlpool from its centers in the United States and Europe.

Whirlpool Corporation is a global appliance company with annual sales of more than $13 billion. It also has over 50 technology and marketing research centers all over the world.
