As the title shows, communication is a very important part of the outsourcing industry because it enables organization to have an organized way of relaying message as well as in executing different rules and procedure.

Show diversity
One thing which is similar to these elements is the "regularity" which should be consistent in every communication process. I guess that having a regular schedule would ensure fast results and proper delivery. Is your organization practicing these elements?
