Communication in Outsourcing
As mentioned, communication is a vital part in outsourcing because it keeps both parties in the outsourcing deal updated regarding their outsourcing deals.

Communication should also surpass more than just inquiring about the outsourcing deal. There are several things that companies should focus on when communicating with their outsourcing providers. Some of these factors include:

-quality of outsourced work
-expected work output and a record of the job done
-feedback from outsourcig providers and their workers

The first two factors mentioned are probably already a protocol in outsourcing but the last one is not. Feedback is a very valid way to know if your outsourcing deal is on the right track or not. Aside from that, feedback could also pave the way for added business ideas which could improve your outsourcing business.
