China Invades the Service Outsourcing Industry
It seems like China is hoping to have a place in the outsourcing industry or maybe it was just plain tired of being referred to as the "manufacturing hub" in Asia. Whatever the case maybe, one thing is for sure-China plans to join the outsourcing wave.

Why did I say so? Well, first China recently released their own outsourcing guideline which would be a big help in their future outsourcing plans. Recently, China's Ministry of Commerce announced that it would launch a project having a yearly budget of at least 100 million yuan or 12.5 million dollars. The project includes setting up 10 bases for service outsourcing in the next 3-5 years. This project aims to achieve two primary goals:

1. persuade and convince 100 multinational corporations to transfer some of their outsourcing businesses to China
2. to create 1,000 large-scale international service-outsourcing enterprises

Do you think that China would be considered as a threat in India's reign in the service outsourcing industry?
