China, considered as the world's manufacturing hub recently released a set of outsourcing guidelines which would help in the development of their service outsourcing industry. The said guideline was released over the Internet.

The outsourcing guideline was said to be a part of China's five year growth plan in their country and economy. The emphasis in this guideline was pinned down to its service economy thus focusing on these two aspects of outsourcing:

a. Information Technology Outsourcing (ITO)
b. Business Process Outsourcing (BPO)

The release of the said guideline would help in shaping up outsourcing as a "key measure" for China's growth in the modern service sector.
