Checklist Example

As I've mentioned in my previous entries, creating a checklist when doing outsourcing is important because it would help you in setting your perspectives when doing this kind of business strategy.

One example of an effective checklist is this article entitled Checklist: Outsourcing in China. In this checklist, not only were the needs of companies were prioritized, the condition of the Outsourcing Destination (China) was also considered. Personally, I find this effective because it includes the important factors needed in outsourcing. Here are some of the basic questions which was mentioned in this checklist:

1. What are your business objectives?
2. What is the service capability you are looking for from your service providers?
3. What are the categories of companies in China?
4. Other factors to consider
