Nothing in this world is constant except change.

An old saying but true nonetheless. This saying could also be applicable to business strategies such as outsourcing. Outsourcing have gone beyond just saving up on money to maximizing the talents in outsourcing destinations.

One of the things that one should note is that in the changes which happened in outsourcing, strategy is not far from it. The article, Be An Outsourcing Virtuoso mentioned the following trends which are shaping the outsourcing industry today. These trends include:
