If you are a company considering outsourcing, you would naturally want the best for your company. The best way to ensure that you meet this aim is to make sure that you only have quality workers doing the job for you.

This news from the International Association of Outsourcing Professionals and the university stating their intent of launching a certification master class the upcoming month is certainly a good move to ensure that people involved in the outsourcing sector are qualified for their respective jobs.

Aside from ensuring quality, certification is also aimed at protecting the non-core operations of companies through implementation of outsourcing standards in the company and the outsourcing process as well.
