Calls for Best Practices

If you know any company that deserves to be included in the list of Outsourcing Weblog's Outsourcing best practices, send your nomination to jennie@creative-weblogging.com or simply post your comments below this blog entry.
Information I need about the nominee:
- Name of company
- Contact person
- Web site
- Outsourcing destination country
- Type of outsourcing
- Details of outsourcing
- Why you think this company deserves to be nominated (why you think they are great!)

Once I've received the list of nominees, I'll send a questionnaire to every one of them. Based on the answers, I'll choose the best practices that deserve to be acknowledged and have their stories published here for us to learn from.

Nominees selected as best practices will receive a Certificate of Best Practices from Outsourcing Weblogger Jennie S. Bev.

Nomination will be closed on August 31, 2004.

I’m in the process of a new business startup. Cutting Edge Technologies Inc. is about excellence in business and inovation. We are not about hiring or exploiting “cheap labor” if you measure your success by expoiting people overseas, by outsourcing and hiring “cheap labour” here and abroad, what does that say about you as a person and your company, it says you content to profit on the backs of others. I think there’s a moral and ehtical issue to outsourcing that needs to be addressed. Are we any better in the west than what’s going on India with the child labour issues? Think about it people, would you want it to be you? Thanks Mike from Cutting Edge Technologies Inc.
