Bulgaria develops as outsourcing destination
Bulgaria has been appearing in various rankings of the most attractive outsourcing destinations. The types of services mostly outsourced to the country include data processing, software programming and call centers activities. Also, nearly 2000 people are employed in offshore and outsourced businesses there.
Interest among foreign companies is growing in Bulgaria with European companies negotiating about relocation of their activities to the country. One such company is Hewlett Packard. They have established a global client service center in Sofia with 1000 employees.
According to Capital Newspaper, Bulgaria is an attractive outsourcing destination because of its proximity to Western Europe, relatively low salaries and qualified labor force.

A lot of countries in eastern europe like Bulgaria or Roumania have been appearing in various rankings of the most attractive outsourcing destinations. So may me it’s time for the western enterpreneurs
