The main reason why these people are experiencing this "brain drain" is because of their routinal jobs. This means that these people do the same job every time they go to the office. The Indian government recognizes this problem in their growing Indian outsourcing industry hence their efforts in making the working environment as cutting edge as possible.
Indian Prime Minister Manmohan was the one who elaborated in this topic stating that: "We have to think of new ways to stem the hemorrhage of scientific talent from our key technology departments,

I think the efforts of the Indian Government in making the working environment as cutting edge as possible would go a long way in enhancing the work creativity of the people working in the outsourcing sector and keep them motivated all the time.
