Outsourcing Issues
by Carol Kendrick on August 23, 2006

Based on their research, the hindrance for BPO's success includes cost overruns and unacceptable service. Aside from that, there are also BPO options that are not yet mature thus needing more time and experience in order to reach a successful performance.
Finance and Accounting (F&A) and Core Banking are the top most outsourced function in BPO and these two are still considered far from being mature.
I think that in order for Business Process Outsourcing to prevent its downfall, practicing perfection in delivery should be implemented.

I believe with the right kind of people manning these BPO firms, the businesses that outsource their is in good hands.

I've read a lot of blogs and forums about outsourcing, and a lot of people saying that there is a fraud in outsourcing and a lot of experienced that. So better trust a company based in U.S. and has already years of experience in the field. http://myglobalstaff.com
is one of them, though there may be a lot.
