For fresh graduates, this means a high starting salary for their first work and also a choice of their desired position. On the other hand, BPO companies could experience a high attrition rate because of their employees resigning for better opportunities. This is the reason why companies should come up with more than the usual benefits in order to attract more employees. This news piece further explained the impact of the rising salary rate in BPO destinations particularly with India. Here is an excerpt from the article:
Salaries in outsourcing companies are getting attractive. It's not shortage of professionals that is driving the wages, but options beyond the plain vanilla BPO companies, as fresh graduates are being offered salaries which are five to six times more than what BPOs pay.
