BPO Salaries: Going Up

One of the things which BPO could cause is the rising salary rate for BPO workers. If this would be a good or a bad thing, this is still debatable.

For fresh graduates, this means a high starting salary for their first work and also a choice of their desired position. On the other hand, BPO companies could experience a high attrition rate because of their employees resigning for better opportunities. This is the reason why companies should come up with more than the usual benefits in order to attract more employees.
