One of the strategies recognized to improve a company's competition standing is to maximize the benefits in outsourcing. This strategy was even recognized in the research report done by CFO entitled "Outsourcing The Back Office: The Path Toward Sustainable Benefit".
The research report pointed out that through outsourcing, companies would have a chance to improve their chances to step above the competition. Aside from that, the report also highlighted some interesting findings in the outsourcing industry. Some of these finding were:
-72% revealed that their outsourcing efforts "met or exceeded" expectations.
-73% said they will outsource non-core functions
-Most executives pointed out that outsourcing could be the way to integrate newly merger companies and to speed growth.
-The research shows that the most popular outsourcing destinations include U.S., India, China and Western Europe.

I think the last sentence was meant to list Eastern Europe as a preferred outsourcing location rather Western.
