Call center outsourcing provider Global Telesourcing, LLC has partnered with Bilingual contact center company Asistencia Global to provide a "cost-efficient, near-shore Spanish-language teleservices." The partnership will offer bilingual customer care, support and marketing services for the growing Hispanic community in the U.S.
