Are you getting the best in IT outsourcing?

If your answer is yes, then you probably have an IT outsourcing which used a convergence of voice and date networks. If your answer is no, then you only have one of these two options.

Based on the research study from BT Convergence Services Report, almost 40% of companies which uses the convergence of voice and data networks are satisfied with their outsourcing decision and with their outsourcing partners. On the other hand, 6% have expressed dissatisfaction with using this kind of approach.

One of the reasons why this approach delivers satisfaction to their users is because of the cost-effectiveness that it brings to companies. Other reasons would be improvement, superior network performance and reliability.

A new method does not really mean low performance especially in IT outsourcing. I believe that being innovative in IT outsourcing would really go a long way. If this method works, more and more companies would really be lured in IT outsourcing.
