Outsourcing and Offshoring topics have always been received with mixed reactions. Some people welcomes outsourcing as part of globalization while most people still has a negative attitude towards outsourcing.

This Kindlinks of anti-outsourcing ideas are considered normal. This was the sentiment expressed by N R Narayana Murthy, the Chairman and Chief Mentor for Infosys. He explains that this kind of attitude is considered as a normal reaction because it is associated with the issue of job loss.

In order to stop the negative press surrounding outsourcing, the advantages of outsourcing should be explained thoroughly to people. The Infosys chief also expressed confidence that America's negativity would be able to change through time.
