An Alternative: Eastern Europe

India has always been the main destination for companies who wants to partake in the outsourcing ordeal. Though it remains to be a popular option, the growing cost in India seems to put a damp on eager businessmen.

This could also be the reason why many companies are looking for alternative outsourcing destinations and one of these destinations include Eastern Europe. Though Eastern Europe does not have a glowing reference from its relationship with its neighboring countries, its role as an alternative outsourcing destination seems to be thriving.

Companies like HP have already opened their business centers in Bucharest, Sofia and Bratislava while outsourcing providers like Accenture have done the same thing. If this trend continues, Eastern Europe would probably give India a run for its outsourcing rule.
