Airbus outsourcing to China to boost sales
In effort to boost sales in China, European-based Airbus has decided to increase the outsourcing of parts in the country.
Airbus will buy $60 million worth of components from Chinese companies in 2007 and $120 million by 2010. With the increase in its outsourcing efforts in the country, the aerospace giant hopes to further integrate the Chinese market in its supply chain and increase sales.
