ACS signs BPO contract with Johns Hopkins HealthCare

Under the agreement, ACS will operate and manage a call center dedicated to JJHC Medicaid calls. The Indiana-based call center will open its lines this month.
Maryland-based Johns Hopkins HealthCare develops and manages contractual relationships and provides services such as care management and patient outreach programs. With ACS proven experience in BPO and call center management, JHHC hopes to improve their customer service and support.
