ACS Awarded $120 Million HR Outsourcing Contract With Delta Airlines
Affiliated Computers Services, Inc. (ACS) won a $120 million business process outsourcing deal with Delta Air Lines. acs will perform human resources (HR) services — payroll, HR information services, compensation and benefits administration, and employee call center services, etc.– for Delta. These HR solutions will improve services for Delta's employees and retirees, while reducing the airline company's HR costs by more than 25 percent.
Beth Johnston, HR vice president for Delta, said that they chose ACS because of its outstanding reputation, service-oriented culture, value proposition and enthusiasm to their business. She added, "The extensive BPO experience and the leading-edge technology solutions they offer will assist Delta in achieving its Transformation Plan to reduce costs and improve service."
Lynn Blodgett, group president of ACS Commercial Solutions, said that ACS HR Solutions would help Delta focus on providing better service to its customers. She said, "We look forward to transforming the way that Delta meets the needs of its employees, and in the process helping Delta build further value for its customers, and remain a distinguished leader and strong competitor in the airline business."

I want to know what seat arm rest comes up on asile so my hips that have been replaced don’t rub the sides and I also would like some leg room to move my legs around to maybe prevent blood clots in my legs, thanks, George Lucas
