Achievo to Acquire AcornSoft, Inc. in China

Achievo Corporation, global software and IT service outsourcing provider, will acquire the outsourcing business assets of AcornSoft Inc., a leading Chinese-based engineering outsourcing firm.

The deal will expand Achievo's service capabilities, infrastructure and global customer base. It will also strengthen the company's global team with important solutions expertise.

The new Achievo Shanghai division will include current AcornSoft outsourcing team. The division will become part of the company's global network, which includes Dublin, California, Beijing, Shenzhen, Boeblingen and Freiburg, and will serve US, European, Japanese, and Chinese markets.
