Accenture Signs Three-Year Application Outsourcing Agreement with XM Canada

Under a previous agreement, Accenture designed, built and deployed the XM Canada's subscriber management, customer care and billing systems. The new agreement will enable XM Canada to focus on its core business of content delivery and subscriber acquisition.
