I write about offshore outsourcing based on first hand experience. Currently I own and manage an Internet development company with offices in Vancouver Canada and Makati City Philippines.
During this time, I've been forced to learn how to manage distributed teams, how to find opportunities in a global marketplace, and how to make use technology to make it all possible.
I write about the topics of politics, management, business, globalization, game theory, and others, for the sake of sharing my experiences, and also to gain a deeper understanding for the world around me.
I currently edit two other weblogs on offshoring and one on using open source tools for e-commerce.
