A Satisfied Outsourcing

Most companies are pleased with their outsourcing deals.

This was the results of the latest report done by BT Convergence Services. This report stated that the main reason why companies are satisfied with their outsourcing is because of the cost-saving that it brings. Aside from this reason, superior network performance as well as reliability is also a benefit that comes from outsourcing.

The research report also revealed that 40% of British companies that are currently outsourcing their network services are satisfied with their outsourcing deals as compared to before when they were still managing their network services. Aside from that, 25% of companies that invested in convergence are now enjoying outsourcing their whole network management.
