Outsourcing News

The next country to join? Israel. Though this country does not boast of very low wage rates and other cost-saving promises, it promises to bring one factor that is important to companies who wants to outsource. This factor is called "quality service".
To give you a better explanation of their "quality promise", Greg Fern, executive vice president of MyPrepForce explains that:
"Israelis have better English language fluency -- especially since so many are US expats or have American parents -- than in other countries; their customs and values are similar to those of US citizens; the infrastructure and security in Israel is much better than in other foreign countries; and Israelis have a high work ethic."
Interesting explanation. I hope that Israel would be able to live up to its promise as an outsourcing destination.
