A New Alternative: Israel

As the outsourcing industry continues to Thrive, more and more countries are hoping to join this growth by becoming an outsourcing destination.

The next country to join? Israel. Though this country does not boast of very low wage rates and other cost-saving promises, it promises to bring one factor that is important to companies who wants to outsource. This factor is called "quality service".

To give you a better explanation of their "quality promise", Greg Fern, executive vice president of MyPrepForce explains that:

"Israelis have better English language fluency — especially since so many are US expats or have American parents — than in other countries; their customs and values are similar to those of US citizens; the infrastructure and security in Israel is much better than in other foreign countries; and Israelis have a high work ethic."

Interesting explanation. I hope that Israel would be able to live up to its promise as an outsourcing destination.
