A Brighter Future for HR Outsourcing

Results of the research done by EquaTerra shows that HR Outsourcing was regarded as "the leading market segment" both by outsourcing providers and outsourcing advisors.

I think that this prediction means that HR Outsourcing would be able to expect a brighter future. This also means that more and more companies are thinking of outsourcing most of their HR-related functions which would entail payroll, benefits, compensation, and other tasks which they would consider as "non-core" ones.

Aside from mentioning the potential for HR Outsourcing, EquaTerra also mentioned the factors which contributes to outsourcing failure. The top reason identified was inadequate management support. In order for HR Outsourcing to be effective, it must focus on providing an adequate management support.
